Surprise! Universal Music Group Trying to Crush Consumer Rights

As part of his Law of the Game blog, Mark Methenitis decided to look into a terrifying lawsuit that could have wide implications for consumers. The suit is UMG Recordings Inc. v. Augosto, and if UMG is successful, it could be another step down the slippery slope toward an abyss devoid of consumer rights.
