On Black Friday, Microsoft made off like a bandit, reportedly outselling Sony's home console three-to-one thanks to substantial price cuts across the board on Xbox 360 systems -- and no doubt, because of a number of offers at online retail as well. But even if you missed the $400 Xbox 360 Lancer package at Amazon, the $200 refurbished, hard-drive equipped Holiday Arcade Bundle at Circuit City, and the gift card offers available everywhere else, there's still a deal for you.
Right now, TigerDirect (and sister company CompUSA) have a limited number of refurbished 20GB Xbox 360 Premium systems on sale for $180.
While these units don't have HDMI ports, only component cables -- and all the standard worries about refurb hardware still apply -- in my humble opinion this deal is a good bit better than a new Xbox 360 Arcade, Jasper possibilities notwithstanding.

I've been seeing really good deals on the Xbox, PS3, Wii at ZingSale recently:
http://www.zingsale.com
It's a free service that tracks prices of products from online stores (like amazon) and sends you an email when the price drops. Might be a nice way to make sure you're getting the best deals this holiday season.
