Adding yet another game to their list of localized Japanese handheld oddities coming out in 2009, today Atlus has announced plans to bring the Nintendo DS's "Steal Princess" to the US on March 24, 2009. A hybrid platformer/puzzler, "Steal Princess" will offer players over 150 levels in a 3D, isometric environment. Developed by Climax Entertainment, the game is basically a spiritual successor to "Landstalker."

Each level in the game will feature varying types of geographies and objects, with each one being an entirely new experience. On top of that, players will be able to create their own levels and trade them with friends, over Nintendo's Wi-Fi Connection. Everything will be customizable in level creation, according to Atlus, including enemy placement and victory conditions. So the possibilities seem quite vast.
