The ION Game Conference -- the conference formerly known as the Online Game Developers Conference -- is happening next week, and the organizers would like you to know that they will be singlehandedly counteracting the nationwide effects of Wii Fit with their menu. Citing attendee praise for last year's food selection, ION has issued a press release with a glimpse at their gastronomic selections for the upcoming event.
Conference-goers will be feasting this year on baked brie, prime rib French dip, phở, Mongolian beef, oysters, and Häagen-Dazs, among other things. The online-focused show will feature speakers like John Smedley, Min Kim, and others, who will surely be talking to an audience that is not at all distracted by whole roasted salmon and tiramisu.
Mind you, a registration at this point will cost you a thousand bucks, so if you were thinking of going for some good cheap eats, think again. Besides, you know Smedley's going to eat all the spring rolls.
