Valve’s digital distribution salesmen need a raise. In the course of one short month they’ve landed big accounts with Atari, Epic Games, and now, Ubisoft. Today Valve announced that over 40 Ubisoft titles, “the largest library available from any single publisher or developer,” will be available on their online service Steam.
Starting today you can grab Far Cry ($10) or Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell ($20), and/or pre-purchase Assassin’s Creed for $50 before its full release on April 9th… but we’re waiting for the good stuff, like Beyond Good and Evil and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
